In using the www.gadgetshouse.com.cy online shopping store, you (The User) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. GadgetsHouse reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The User is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he or she uses the shopping service(s). All products/services and information displayed on www.gadgetshouse.com.cy subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. GadgetsHouse reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. The agreement between you and GadgetsHouse shall be subject to the following terms and conditions

Delivery Policy
We will not deliver to any addresses which we deem suspicious and we do delivery to Post Office Boxes but all at the discretion and risk of the receiver. If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. Our standard courier delivery is 1-2 working days through Akis Express all over Cyprus. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address given by you as customer. Whilst we make 100% effort to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per stated delivery times. If an item is out of stock, we will contact customer as soon as possible.
Goods normally dispatched every morning except orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
If an item or goods purchased by customer not received by them within 5 working days please inform us immediately, otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item.
Shipping charges will be mentioned against every item you have purchased online.
Pricing
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our list maybe mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
– If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
– If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
All items purchased from GadgetsHouse are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Payment Policy
We, as GadgetsHouse, accepts payment directly to company bank account or if customer prefer they can pay in store or paid at Akis Express office upon delivery.
Please Note: Payments Made in store based on the advertised online prices are cash or check only.
Product Warranty
Products like Mobile Phones, Cameras comes with 12 Months Instore Warranty which start from Date of Purchase which is on the Invoice and excludes accessories like headphones and batteries. USB Drives, Memory Cards comes with 6 months warranty. All mobile phone accessories (excluding headphones) and cameras batteries comes with 3 month Warranty and products like docking station & USB cradles for mobiles phones comes with one month warranty. Warranty does not cover accessories e.g. battery, earpieces, cases for mobile phones, cameras, hard crystal cases, etc. You are required to keep your proof of purchase which is on the Invoice to claim any warranty under 12 months period and if no proof of purchase is provided, warranty is declined with No Exceptions. If the product that you purchase requires a warranty service within the warranty period, you will be requested to produce your proof of purchase. To claim warranty, the product must be sent to our store either personally or by post and the cost will be borne by the buyer. Once the repairs have been made, the item will be shipped out at our expense.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our product warranties are provided by us and are on a RTB (return-to-base) basis. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We are responsible for another way shipping charges on faulty returned items only.
Faulty goods returned for repair must be accompanied by proof or purchase. Repairs under warranty period are carried out free of charge. Where goods are not faulty or the Fault has come in the product after inspection due to customer negligence then you will be required to pay for repair fee and freight fee both ways. All the warranties are carried by third party repair technicians and it can take up to 2-6 weeks for repair and customer will be informed if there are any charges to be paid by customer before repairs carried out or there is any extra delay in repaid due to some spare parts not available.
Warranty Becomes Void if product is found as damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, mis-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, the operation of a computer virus of any kind, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the product.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to take a backup of their data and reset the phone while giving it in for repairs. We will not be held liable for any customer data in the phone.
You are required to retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase. This is the on the Invoice sent with the phone and not the online order or payment confirmation. You will be required to present this for any warranty claims.
Without the receipt the warranty becomes null and void
Refund Policy:
Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to exchange or refund due to a change of mind, so please contact us if you are unclear about a certain product advertised on our site. However, we will meet the requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy should a product be faulty upon purchase or does not meet its description.
